A wooden building was transported from Canning Mills and erected on the corner of Rose (Glebe) and View streets in 1904. This was used for church services until St Hilda?s Anglican Church was constructed in 1915 in View Street on the corner of Glebe Street, with the rectory in GlebeStreet.
