CONSTABLE Vernon Francis Hannaby, of Fairlight-st., Mosman Park, was today fined £5 with £2/2/ costs for negligent driving. Hannaby denied the charge in Fremantle Traffic Court. A charge of having failed to report an accident to the police was dismissed. Before Mr. F. E. A. Bateman, RM. Mr. T. A. S. Davy for Hannaby; Sergeant V. W. Liddelow prosecuted.
